Highest rating against molten metal

Marlan is a permanent fire resistant fabric specially developed for protection against large splashes of aluminum (750°) and cryolite (1100°) as well as splashes of iron, steel and other molten metals, such as copper, magnesium, lead or nickel. Molten metals do not stick to the fabric. 

Heat Protection Red is made in Marlan which provides fantastic comfort because the fabric is so soft and has a good ability to absorb moisture. Marlan also has good antistatic properties as the fabric is naturally antistatic. Heat Protection Red is both heat and flame resistant according to EN ISO 11612. 

The protective clothing has the highest classification against molten aluminum and molten iron. 

Classification: A1, B1, C1, D3*, E3*, F1

* The front of the coats meets the requirements of EN ISO 11612, but the pocket at the back of the coats does not meet the requirements.
